The Institute has developed one of the most effective training programs for mature adults and seniors. We currently provide these specialized classes to some of the largest independent living, assisted living and nursing home facilities in Northeast Ohio.

We have also developed unique programs to fill the special needs of women, dancers, athletes and those diagnosed with ADD and ADHD.
